All adventurers require a 50% activity deposit. Once you fill out the short form below, press “Pay Deposit”, then you will go to our secure PayPal system to pay your deposit. Packaging & Pricing Info: All activities offered are designed, supported and packaged by Sierra Adventures. Packages include: An experienced personal guide, top rated rental gear, free transportation, snacks and bottled water, free photos, free outfitting with safety equipment. Pricing is subject to variation due to group size, location, fuel costs & holiday periods. See the PRICE LIST HERE for more information.
Cancellation Policy, Conditions & Refunds
By clicking on the “Pay Deposit” button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept the terms of the Cancellation Policy, Conditions & Refunds policy set forth by Sierra Adventures, and that you have read, understood, and accept the Participant’s Assumption of Risks and Release of Liability.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Deadlines are subjective and vary from 48 hours to 7 days before departure. Cancellations received after a Sierra Adventures deadline are subject to administrative fees of no less than 25% and/or the entire quoted cost of the activity.
In general, Sierra Adventures activities require a minimum of 2 persons unless quoted differently. Any bookings under the minimum are subject to a 25% surcharge. All taxes and fees apply. Tips are not included.
To confirm your adventure with payment of a deposit, just click the “Pay Deposit” button. You can then easily pay the deposit with our secure online system using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use the system.
All guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour, without notice, will be charged the full amount of the tour listed price on Sierra Adventures website and/or brochure.
Eligible guests may request a rain check tour voucher good for full booking amount for up to one year from original purchase.
Participant’s Assumption of Risks and Release of Liability
All participants in activities and tours booked through Sierra Adventures must acknowledge having read and understood the Participant’s Assumption of Risks and Release of Liability. You will be required to sign the release before engaging in your activity. You may read this document online or print a copy.
Important: To secure a time slot for your trip, and to ensure your reservation is confirmed, call Sierra Adventures at 775-323-8928 no later than 48 hrs. before your reservation date. Deposit payment transaction must be completed to reserve your activity.
